We are a team of media producers, platform developers and consultants. We train ministry teams, build the platforms they need, make the video they want to share, and stay beside them as their work grows.
What we do
Three main tasks, one team.
Everything we do falls under three tasks. Your training, your platforms and your video move together when they are planned together.
Task 1
Training
We teach ministry media teams the skills they need, in person and online, using their own material. Workshops run day by day, from strategy through hands-on practice to a plan the team can follow. Our consultants then stay with the team through coaching and review.
Task 2
Platform Development
We build websites and web platforms for ministries and faith-based organisations, with care for the people who use them. We collect only the data a platform needs and design for the safety of your audience from the first day.
Task 3
Video Projects
We turn what you already have, such as radio archives and recorded teaching, into finished video for YouTube, Facebook and other channels. We can produce the videos for you, teach your team to make them, or do both.

How we work
Three stages, in order.
Every consultation follows the same path. You can take the first stage alone, or stay with us through all three.
Stage 2
Handholding
After training, one of our staff stays in contact with your team. We help you build your page or platform, set up your scheduling and calendar, shape your front page and guide your content.
Stage 3
Improvement
We report every month on what is working and recommend what to change. We help with chat filtering and with a clear follow-up process that leads people into discipleship.
